The public session of The BIG Pitch Comp will take place in the Crum Family Auditorium, located on the lower level of the SMU Cox School of Business — 6212 Bishop Blvd, Dallas, TX 75275. Attendance is free; space is limited to the first 400 people. Your digital ticket and logistics will be emailed by early April.

Drew McKnight (Co-CEO of Fortress Investment Group) and Brandon Wier (BWCP Co-Founder, former Citadel PM) will participate in keynote Q&A sessions. Additional speakers may be announced.

Final Round Competition Pitches
Top finalist teams from across the country present their live stock pitches to a panel of investment professionals. Each team pitches for approximately 10 minutes followed by Q&A.

Yes — attendance is completely free. Space in the Crum Family Auditorium is limited to the first 400 registrants, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
Registration covers the Saturday afternoon public sessions: the keynote address (1:00 PM), final round competition pitches (2:00 PM), and the awards ceremony (4:00 PM). It does not include lunch or the Friday evening networking reception, which are reserved for finalists and sponsors.

BIG will provide parking information alongside your digital ticket in early April. We recommend arriving by 12:30 PM to allow time to find parking and get seated before the keynote.
Your digital ticket and final event logistics — including parking details and venue directions — will be sent to the email address you provide at registration by early April.
Yes, but each guest must register individually. Please share the registration link with anyone you'd like to bring — every attendee needs their own registered ticket, and space is limited to 400 total.
Business casual is suggested, though there is no strict dress code. Investment professionals and sponsors will be in attendance, so smart-casual is appropriate.
